Staff was kind and attentive.
I was really disappointed with my stay. The sliding doors in our room were rusted and hard to operate. Furthermore, there was no one available to assist with our luggage during check-out, which was frustrating. Breakfast portions were incredibly small. I expected more for the price we paid.

Highly recommend for solo travelers
The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable—Dyor and Coral were amazing,, providing key local info that really helped a newbie like me.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but honestly,, the experience made it worth every penny.

The pool hardly qualifies as a refreshing oasis. it felt like a glorified hot tub!!! The outdated furniture in the room could use a facelift and some serious upkeep, especially the shower that refused to drain properly.

excellent service but small pool
The breakfast offered a delightful array of options, with everything freshly prepared. The staff truly shined, especially when they organized a last-minute wine tasting for us on-site after our original plans fell through. We particularly enjoyed the stunning city view from our room, which added to our overall experience.
The pool area was a bit cramped for our taste, limiting its use.

The customer service here was outstanding! Melissa found us adapters and treated us to croissants and coffee after our long flight. The only downside was the small rooftop pool, but it didn’t take away from our great experience! 🌟

Exceptional service and comfortable stay
I had a fantastic experience during my short stay. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, and made sure I felt at home from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the garden. The breakfast offered freshly baked croissants and great coffee, which set a perfect start to the day. I appreciated the hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing walks. One minor aspect that could be improved is the shower door, as it seemed to be leaking slightly, but I reported this upon checkout.
