I was really disappointed with my stay. The sliding doors in our room were rusted and hard to operate. Furthermore, there was no one available to assist with our luggage during check-out, which was frustrating. Breakfast portions were incredibly small. I expected more for the price we paid.

The customer service here was outstanding! Melissa found us adapters and treated us to croissants and coffee after our long flight. The only downside was the small rooftop pool, but it didn’t take away from our great experience! 🌟
